Every Tropical Hammer drum is built to order. Tom shapes, grooves and tunes each one by hand, so tell us what you play and what you need from the instrument.

Tuning
Steel pan tuning

Tuning is what gives a pan its voice. Tom has been tuning steel drums for 70 years and brings each note back to concert pitch with its overtones in balance.

Restoration
Repair and restoration

Older, damaged, rusted or cracked steel drums can be brought back. We reshape, repaint and retune pans from any maker.
